My mission
I have been extraordinarily lucky to live a life of such breadth of experience. As a result, two things now motivate me:
- How we need to change our behaviours and institutions for our children and grandchildren to have a reasonable chance of rising to the immense challenges confronting humanity in the 21st century and beyond
- Helping young leaders and entrepreneurs emerge and develop
Whereas my research on societal change is immense in its scope and ambition, working with young leaders and entrepreneurs keeps me grounded in practical and professional terms; it is also hugely enjoyable and rewarding.
What I do
In my quest for a more enlightened and functional society, I am keen to collaborate with academics, leaders and opinion formers around the globe to further my research. Being based in Oxford with longstanding links to the University, gives me a head start.
In my professional work, I welcome hearing from emerging leaders and entrepreneurs to explore how I can help them develop with a bespoke combination of coaching, mentoring and advising to suit their needs.
